This consultation is for the client and photographer to sit down and discuss what it is that they envision. To make a plan and be sure that we are the right fit for one another. It is during this meeting that we will determine what expectations to hold in regard to our contract and services.

Retainers, Taxes and Fees
Once you have selected your collection, a retainer fee of 50% of your session is due at that time. This fee is NONREFUNDABLE. The retainer is security for you as well as myself. Payment plans are available.
Your date will NOT be reserved without a paid retainer fee. More information will be included in the contract.
All prices are not reflective of 6% sales tax that will be added to your invoice.
Permits and Travel
Permit costs are not included in ANY of the collections. Each location is different; therefore, prices are not standard across the board. All permit cost will be added to the final payment invoice.
- Mileage will be charged at $.50 per mile outside of the specified distance
- Hotel cost is not included in collection. If a hotel is needed, additional charges will apply.
